We are very dissatisfied with our service the last few times I have ordered from you guys. The woman who answers the phone has been very rude and disrespectful. She acts like I am bothering her when I call and place my order. She forgets to charge for extra sauce when I order so she says she will add that in next time I order She can't do that. Wonderful pizza and the staff is so friendly every time I order!
The best Pizza in town. They always accommodate the order the way I want it.
This is not the Dons Pizza it used to be. Appears the new owner is taking shortcuts and after the one I had this weekend, it will be the last one.
My boyfriends mom ordered the pizza over the phone, went to the store then to pick up the pizza and they hadn't even made it yet... made her wait 45 minutes extra. When we got the pizza finally, it was very greasy, barely any toppings and wasn't even cut.. very disappointed.
I had my daughter's birthday party at The Don's. They were very welcoming and allowed us plenty of space for the kids to play games and have a great time. The pizza was great and we appreciate all of their help in making our party a success!
Waited 45 minutes in store for a pizza that was wrong. The manager was more worried about expressing that she wasnt the problem than correcting it. We got our money back and they offered us 20% off. We never expressed wanting a discount or free anything. Unfriendly, unwelcoming. We did not accept the discount as we will not be returning. I've worked in a pizza place for 4 years and would've never imagined being this unprofessional. No pizza is worth this bad service.
Best pizza in town. We don't order anywhere else.
