I switched to Don’s Pharmacy several years ago after experiencing continuous poor customer service with a big pharmacy I’d been using. I cannot praise the staff at Don’s Pharmacy enough; they are kind and caring and their customer service is absolutely the best. They are extremely patient when dealing with patient/physician/portal miscommunication issues (mine seem to be frequent) and they are unyielding in providing the utmost care for patients.
