My girlfriend contacted her native tribe for a new furnace and ac unit as the one she has is old and failing. Dons accepted the bid. I called the office to ask for clarification on a few things I misunderstood from when Dave did the initial bid. When he called me back a few hours later, he was extremely difficult, abrasive, arrogant, rude, very unprofessional and said that if the insulation wasn't up to par (or his standard) he would not do the job.
