These guys are the best. I was referred to them by a friend, who really sold them as trustworthy and fair, and I couldn't agree more. They were able to get out here promptly to take a look, and they were happy to answer all of my questions and concerns. Don’s is one of the best. Russ and Justin are a father and son team that are great at what they do. They are great at fixing anything that breaks as well as keeping my current appliances up and running smoothly. Thanks to them, I have air-conditioning during one of the hottest months of the summer. They have been my go to for the past 15+years and will continue to be for the next 15.
I had a fantastic experience working with Don’s Heating, Cooling, & Appliance Repair. They did not try to upsell me and presented everything very factually to allow me to make choices around the different options available for an AC unit repair. If I could give them higher than a five star rating, I would!
I called Don’s after having a bad experience with another HVAC company in the area. They came within the hour and diagnosed, explained and repaired the unit quickly and for a fair price. I couldn’t recommend them enough and will be using them going forward
