I have been coming here for years, for all kinds of diverse items. Never even once did anything have to be ordered. They ALWAYS have it in stock. It's like magic...
I am not sure why I buy DIY stuff anywhere else. I have specialty toilets from when we built our house. In the last 20 years, I have replaced one due to problems. The other is going strong but has needed some new parts. This place has the OEM parts and the prices are not terrible. The big box items that are claimed to work usually do not and the quality is garbage. This is the place for your plumbing needs for sure. Staff is super knowledgible too.
I'm really impressed with Don's Hardware on the part ineeded. Initial, I went to a big box store ( Home Depot) and the part was not in stock. The salesperson stated it can be ordered and will be in store a few days. My option was very limited considering I tore the sink apart. By that time a second associate showed up to try and help, but the answer was the same. I asked, is there anywhere else who carried the part. LOL, like duet singers they both said DON HARDWARE. Absolutely fantastic local business, with a small-town friendly feel. Staff were incredibly helpful, store had everything I needed. I needed help finding a few items to finish a niche product, and had a whole bunch of fairly dumb questions; Larry was professional, generous with his knowledge, and very friendly throughout. I will absolutely be patronizing this business for my future needs, and so should you!
