Had an amazing experience with Dons Garage from start to finish. Eric was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed our garage door good as new, was transparent with his process and pricing, even gave suggestions of what we might need in the future but wasn’t pushy at all. It was blistering hot outside and he had to work in the worst conditions, but you wouldn’t know it from how courteous he was. Great service and highly recommend them.

Overall acceptable with one caveat... fitment! I am not happy with the large air and light gaps around the door. For the past fifteen years, since new plus repairs we have had no insurmountable problems with gaps. I am concerned about mice and insect infestation as well as loss of heat or a/c in this climate controlled environment. However, two days later he returned and seeing the extent of the trouble, he worked to find a remedy. Now the door seals to my expectations, and we are happy. Thank you.
