I called four different company's including dons garage door for quotes on a broken spring, Armon came out to inspect the damages at no cost. Other companies wanted to charge me just to look. They have very competitive pricing and were to complete the work in the same day (less than a hour) with fast and friendly service. They made a couple recommendation but were not pushy at all. In the end I would absolutely recommend Don’s garage door and Armon. Thank you!!

Nathan was an excellent example of an ideal employee. He was personable and pleasant the entire time. He diagnosed the issue and detailed several options for remedying it. Once we decided upon one he took his time doing an exemplary job and making sure to clean up thoroughly. I could not have asked for a better experience. Great job!!!

Darren was great. He fixed the issue we were having with the garage door and installed a new garage door opener for us. He was very helpful and clear with all of the repairs, and the new garage door opener works great.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. From start to finish, I’m beyond impressed with Don’s and the level of service provided. The garage door wasn’t opening and I could clearly see that one of the two springs had completely broken. I called Don’s and spoke with Rose mid-late afternoon to see when they could come out for a repair thinking it would be at least a couple days before I could get anything scheduled. The tech called to inform me he would be arriving early and was there when I arrived. He assessed the situation and explained the options. We discussed the options and he help me to make an informed decision. I left back to work and he notified me when the work was completed and sent an invoice detailing the work along with a payment link. The process was very smooth and I am happy to have the work completed and the door working properly again. Thank you Jeff Lundeen
