Our technician, Matthew was awesome. He showed up when he said he would and was incredibly honest and clear in the work that needed to be done. I instantly felt comfortable that I was getting a good deal and great service. Would definitely use Don’s garage doors again.

Darren and JP came out for a garage door tune-up, and also walked me through a couple of options to replace my builder grade Wayne Dalton doors. They were informative, helpful, friendly, and thorough. They did an excellent job on the tune-up and walked me through all the different door parts that would be involved in a door replacement. Their sales professional, Shane, was also very helpful in walking me through my options for purchasing door replacement packages. I highly recommend their team.

I had called dons garage doors out due to a situation where my door wouldn’t close or open a few times, I found it frustrating and a little scary. I received a call from Aj Ramirez advising me of an eta. He did a thorough inspection on my door and had found multiple parts that needed to be replaced.

Efrain and Tyler were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained what the problems were, what needed to be done and "listened" when we told them what we could and couldn't afford. They completed the work in an efficient manner and went above and beyond when they made some adjustments to the improper installation from many years ago. Efrain kindly provided us with promotions and discounts. As seniors, we are always leary of being taken advantage of. Not this time. We would give Efrain and Tyler 10 stars!!... read more
