I had a great experience with this garage door company. They were professional, kind, and very easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear, and they showed up right on time, which we really appreciated. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. It’s refreshing to find a company that is both reliable and genuinely customer-focused. Highly recommend!

Nate came in a timely fashion and made certain my garage door worked properly. Tightened screws, oiled joints and gave me a report on what might be needed soon. The springs are 12 years old, so replacements soon. He replaced the Genie unit so I can open the door from the side of the house. Nate is located in FC which is very helpful. I will definitely call him in the future, he is very professional!

Drew did an outstanding job! On top of doing the routine maintenance and checking everything out, he also educated me on many things that have to do with garage door. . Drew was very thorough and I never felt like he was rushing to get out. It’s nice to know that I have set yearly maintenance to garage door to prolong the life of door. Many thanks!

Tuneup and new rollers. Aaron did a great job, however…I wasn’t sure about the price of the service. After investigating…I can get the same 6200Z premium sealed rollers (I needed 20 for 2 doors) for $83.00. Don’s charged me $807. I must’ve paid $700/hour for the labor since he was here 1 hour. I learned my lesson. I called to make sure there wasn’t a mistake. No…the invoice was correct. They offered a $75 refund to help with the “sticker shock”. Very quick response to request. Timely arrival, very friendly. Patient and understanding of problem. Prompt repair at a very reasonable rate. I'd definitely use them again.
