Always unavailable and the dispatcher is the rudest person I've ever met I've been told they have no insurance and that's why they're unavailable
My vehicle was disabled on the side of the highway at 3:00am so AAA assigned it to Don's Garage. The tow truck driver that showed up was a great guy. However the woman from Don's Garage that called me was one of the most unpleasant, unprofessional individuals I have ever spoken to. I informed her what exit I was at, and that I was on the side of the road with no battery, she continued to get agitated with me because I told her I was unable to see the mile marker on the side of the road due to it being pitch black.
