Nelson who did a "house call" was prompt, professional and personable. Would request him again if needed.
As always with everything you have until the first issue pops up to see how a company truly is. No loaners for a recall seevice that can last up to 5 hours. Yeah drive me and drop me off someplace for the day. Maybe bring this up during the service call before I schedule it, something along the lines of we are one of those dealerships that is too poor to issue loaners, but we can give you a one time shuttle!
