I want to leave a 5-star customer review for Jim’s, a new owner’s of Don’s Doors, service at my house today. He did a great job replacing a garage door opener which was malfunctioning. Jim responded promptly to my request for the repair; he was quick to fix the problem and courteous in our communications. I would most definitely recommend him and his company for all the services that they offer. I am super satisfied and grateful!
The spring on our overhead garage door broke on Sunday evening. I called Don's Doors office and left a message. Jim called me shortly after 8 Monday morning, came out around 9, and had it working in less than an hour. Nice guy and great, professional service.
Respondsed to our phone call quickly and got our repair done quickly and effectively.
Great job and friendly guys. No complaints from start to finish. 🙂
