I always get great service at Don's. Chris greets me by name, and even remembered my vacation I had between visits.
I never had a bad experience per say. I did inquire several times on vehicles and never received a response. I guess at the time I could have called. I just figured if they didn't care to get back in touch I didn't care to buy there. However, I find myself here looking at their inventory again. I decided the reviews look good, but I decided to look further. I am sure people had a similar situation and that doesn't merit the ratings they have. Stopped to charge an electric bmw and staff was over the top friendly and helpful. They have a hell of a showroom of high end cars for a small town. Charging works
