We ordered carpet for 1 BR and walk in closet and to repair squeaky flooring. They replaced the carpet and it looks and feels good. Flooring was not repaired. They failed to cut out a place for one of the registers and we notified them immediately. Temps dropped to 30 two nights in a row and we couldnt turn on our heat. We called three days in a row. I was encouraged by Jessie to order extra tile. I had 3 boxes of extra tile. Tried to return it and was told they do not accept returns. I was told about this policy nor was it on my receipt. Will not buy from them again.

When yourself and the two gentlemen you were with came in, you provided the measurements of the space you wished to purchase tile for. We ask our customers if the added a 10% waste to any tile order to account for the cuts you make when the material is installed, and for breakage due to the nature of the product. We recently worked with Don's Carpet One to replace some flooring and carpet in our home and had a great experience. The salesperson, Chantel M*****, was terrific--friendly, courteous, not-pushy. She met with us several times, both in the store room and at our home along with another member of the team. The installation was done by two different teams and they were prompt, professional and courteous. They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do.
