Brought my car for an oil change and they stripped the treads then blamed it on the type of vehicle I have which the mechanic that I had to bring it to said otherwise. I called the service manager who was not concerned. Will not be going back
I went to Don's Car wash today and had the pleasure of having my paint adjusted by their machines. When I went back and spoke to the general manager he checked to cameras to see if I had these scratches before I went through the car wash. Conveniently, the only camera that is placed on the passenger side to check for such things had a "glare" on it. They refused to do anything about it. I will NEVER go to Don's for anything and if you like your paint the way it is, I suggest that you boycott them as well.
