Unprofessional work and poor customer service – I have had body damage to my car once before and been to a professional body shop after my car was hit, the second time my car was hit I brought it to Don's Auto Body shop for service. The shop gave me a repair time of a few weeks, I rented a car for the time he provided and he completed my car weeks early. They was uncooperative about forms of payment.
