I purchased a 2017 Turbo Levo FSR Full Suspension mountain bike in June 2018. So I got a closeout cost saving me $1,250.00 off MSRP. Outstanding deal. Eric was alone in the shop and was extremely busy. He was not helpful at all and was short and rude, but as I said he was getting hammered with customers. Victor came back from a lunch break and went way above and beyond to get the bike setup properly for me. Could not have been more helpful.
