BLUF: Don is a professional with excellent customer service and people skills. His faculty, not so much. The adage that comes to mind is: you are as good as your weakest link. I had a tire replaced and the technician used the wrong machine and scratched my rims, but Don took ownership, repaired it and made it right, no big deal.
