A great place to take your vehicle. We've been coming here for a few years and a few different vehicles. They are always nice, polite, and honest about everything. Really, really trust these folks. They have always gone out of their way to help us with anything.
I have been using Don's for over 20 yrs. The owner Steve and his staff are among the most trustworthy people I have ever met. Drive the extra mile down Gravois, it is worth it.
Don's is the best. We have taken all of our cars there. I trust them because they are honest--they don't make up work or charge for work they didn't do. I became convinced that they actually cared about me and my cars--not just their next payday--when I had a car problem (can't remember what it was) and they told me what it would cost to fix it; and then they said something "if I were you, I would seriously consider getting a different car rather than fixing this."
Don's Automotive is the best repair shop ever! The new owner Steve is very friendly and trustworthy. They are super fast and always do the job correctly. I've been a customer for approximately ten years and have never been dissapointed!
