Fabulous service. They explain everything and are not pushy.
I called to get my muffler looked at because it was loud. They told me that if I came, they would look at it and we could set up an appointment. We set up an appointment for my next available day, which was today and he estimated about an hours worth of waiting and it was 30 minutes and it was super affordable and everyone there is super nice love love love!
I had such a great experience here. I was having a problem with my Subaru and Don was able to get me in only two days later when everywhere else wouldn’t even look at it for another two weeks. It turned out there was a problem with a part that was recalled and he explained exactly what it was. He told me that although I didn’t want to go to a dealer, that would be my best bet because they will likely fix it for free. He also didn’t charge me for diagnosing the problem.
