My refrigerator quit working a few days before Christmas (yikes), we went to Duggan's in a panic, Ashley helped us pick out the fridge and literally had it delivered the next day. The delivery guys were great, very careful and respectful to this messy time of the year for trucking in, took the old one out, set the new one up, and we are good to go. Couldn't be more appreciative for their service!
I had been looking for specific things in an upright freezer and found them at Duggan's on Pine Street in Erie. I looked on line and found what I wanted at AFS, but when I got to their store, was told they didn't carry all of the items shown on the website. That sounded like a "bait and switch". Needed an oven ignition switch. Inexpensive part. Charged us $275 for repair. Raised the price due to our time/need. Ripoff.
Bought $11,000 + of Kitchen appliances from Don's. Most are Jenn-Air Product. The Refrigerator has had major service twice. The wall oven has had the master board replaced once, the 30" induction cooktop has had a replacement of the master board once and is currently non functional for the same problem. The last repair lasted less than a month. The Air switch for the Garbage Disposal was replaced with in three months of install, according to them this item never breaks.
