Parts NEVER available on Donper website. Will NEVER BUY AGAIN. Paid 10k for 900H soft serve will not last 6 months. Like to burn cash then buy. CS is friendly.
Not a happy customer!! We bought a slushie machine for almost 5,000, to use for my birthday party that is next week. We get it set up turn it on to figure out how it works and a gasket doesn’t work, then a baring has a crack in it, leaks everywhere!! thankfully those replacement parts were in a bag of additional parts. The kicker is now is the compressor isn’t working!! Not happy at all!! Brand new and dead in the water!! What are the odds that this can be replaced in a week???
I purchased an ice cream machine on June 24 2025. We used it all last year. Started using it this year and after a few weeks it turned itself off and we couldn't get it back on. The manual said it might be the proximity switch. When I called and talk to the technician he stated that it was my fault because of the way I cleaned the machine.
