This has been by far one of my favorite places to live. It’s in walking distance of the bars, grocery store, and really just close to everything. It’s a safe neighborhood and good for walking or running. Everyone is also really nice in the neighborhood. Highly recommended living space.
Liliana - man that lady is so great & straight forward with what is expected and what she feels. I respect that type of customer service and communication. The units are very lovely, the maintenance person is as well.
I lived in a home managed by DW&A for a year and a half. They were flexible, communicative and supportive throughout our whole experience. The maintenance staff is hard working and very kind. My favorite part was that lawn maintenance was included!! I would recommend anyone to rent a property from this rental company.
