Great coach and motivator! Chair workouts are great for seniors and those with joint injury.
I started working out with Donovan Green in May 2023 til now and I finally see results that I've been waiting for and I'm still working out daily online chair workouts and I'm in great shape.
I lost 75 pounds and inches I really like doing donovan green fitness I really like it.
