We eat out 4-6 times a week. 2 times tonight actually (we went to MJs for appetizers before Donoli’s) We were seated and had drinks right away. Waitress NEVER came. I had to get up and ask if someone could take my order (15-20 minutes after we were seated). This person (I believe, the manager, took my order right away and apologized). I had to then get up ( 10 minutes later) and ask for another drink. 20 minutes later our food showed up. My husbands order was correct, but mine was not. I sent it back. Wait-staff needs retraining, it took the waitress 30 min to come to our table to take our order. I had already gave my order to who I assumed the manager. Which we waited nearly 15 min for. The order took over an hour, for cheese pizza and wings, the wings you sent out were wrong, yes you brought us new wings but still got it wrong the box even says buffalo hot and the wings weren't even cooked all the way.....we ordered hot garlic. Honestly, I would be ashamed..

Valentines dinner was delicious
After about 22 years of going to Donolis’s, we have decided it will be a long time before we go back. We had the worst meal last night that I have ever had in a restaurant. The prime rib was so fat and gristley that we couldn’t eat half of it. Some in our party had to return theirs to the kitchen TWICE to get it cooked to medium. We had a delicious meal except for the fish fry was way too greasy for my liking. I should have ordered the broiled haddock instead of the fried. The waitress was very sweet and attentive. The prime rib soup was absolutely delicious. We do recommend this place.
The chicken cordon bleu honey mustard is a must
