Excellent eye doctor. He cares and listens and answers questions happily. The staff is so wonderful.
I went in this morning for my appointment and, unfortunately, arrived a little late. Despite that, I came in prepared, communicated with the staff, and they were incredibly understanding, even when I had trouble finding the building. Dr. Donohue and his staff were wonderful. I've worn glasses since I was five years old, but he still took the time to explain every part of my exam, what each result meant, and what I can expect as my vision changes with age. For over 15 years, I’ve trusted Dr. Donahue with my eye care and have always been impressed by his expertise and genuine care for his patients. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about his office staff, whose atrocious customer service is an embarrassment to the excellent reputation Dr. Donahue has built. I’m disappointed to share my recent experience with the office staff, which has been quite frustrating. After reading other reviews, it seems I’m not alone in feeling this way. Dr. Donahue, who took over from my childhood doctor, Dr. Pica, is an excellent eye doctor. However, his staff falls short in several areas.
