Donohoo Chevrolet ruined my vehicle ! Damages incurred during possession by Donohoo. Donohoo deflected ANY and ALL accountability. RODENT chewed interior carpet. Donohoo stated There arent any rodents at our facility. I opened hood on engine bay in the presence of Donohoo lead mechanic, to address other issues, and the lead mechanic pointed to me, the rodent prints on the engine plastics. Took my car under warranty to have my heat looked at. After about 30 minutes the young man named Matt told me it would be at least 4 to 5 hours to diagnose the problem by hand. Take the dashboard out and check each relay. While they wanted to take us home so they could work on it. Matt called my warranty company to see if anything would be covered.
