When the wall on the underside of the kitchen sink started showing wet patches, we gave Donny a call. It was not difficult to surmise that the piping behind the wall had sprung a leak. I got good vibes from the moment Chris picked up the phone and responded to my call. A blocked drainage was leading to water accumulation and we could not use the bathroom. He heard me out, asked a few questions and arrived at our place. A quick reconnoiter and he was able to assess where the flow was getting choked. Fortunately, the part of the drainpipe was outside, and we escaped having to cut through the wall. Donny’s Plumbing takes their jobr real serious. Look at this photo that I took one of their workers aligning the pipes in the ground. I have never seen such a thing, but it ended up working. The water flows perfectly now, and I owe it all to Donny!

More than competent and a strong sense of empathy. Donny's Plumbing understand a customer’s urgency. They came on a Sunday to repair a clogged sink and bathtub. There was a clog at a point below where the pipes bifurcated for the drainage outside. The detritus was removed without much fuss, and upon their recommendation, a wider PVC pipe was installed for that length. They left after giving me valuable tips on how to prevent clogging and some handy self-help tips that can save one the cost of a professional plumbing help.
