This office codes your bills incorrectly and when you try to work it out you get the runaround!! You can never speak to anyone about the issues and even after you think you have the problem solved they continue to bill you and even go as far as to garnish for something that was covered by insurance. Trust me this starts at the top with the doctor. Do not use this facility - they are uncaring crooks! They only got one star from me because there wasn’t a negative star option.

Office called and rescheduled appointment from September to October. Then called to see doctor and they rescheduled for November. She was always out of town. My husband I had moved to assisted living and he needed to see her and the nurse staff could not reach her. Left messages and no one called. Was told that another nurse in the building took messages but they did not call either. I I could no longer use a doctor that was always not available and put an appointment made i September off until November.

My husband and I are happy we selected Dr. Pope as our physician. He is a compassionate person and has a sincerely pleasant way about him. He is easy to talk with, he shows empathy and patience, and is a great listener. I appreciate a doctor that possesses these qualities, because some don't. This must be a challenging profession for many reasons, so I appreciate this opportunity to give a genuine shout-out to someone deserving.

Dr Conover when first meeting seems inteligente and very likeable. After becoming a patent, he starts giving orders and changing what has been working for years. I suffer from fibromyalgia, He took all pain meds away. I sent him a message that I was having severe pain, his response was that he didn't feel comfortable prescribing narcotics pain meds. He has issues with someone offering suggestions or questioning him. He is uncaring and rude to people. I wouldn't recommend him for anyone.

For years I have had neck and back pain. I have been to a bunch of doctors looking for relief. I have been lucky enough to find Dr. Musik. From my first visit he listened to me describe my issues and minutes afterward, for lack of better terms FIXED ME! If you are looking for a family doctor who cares about and listen’s to his patients, look no further than this good man. You can’t possibly go wrong with a visit to Dr. Musik!

My mother in law has been in Washington regional emergency room today. Does Dr. Coker know? Probably not, even though our first call was to his office. Dr. Coker is probably a good doctor that has just lost touch with his staff. Earlier this week my wife made a telehealth appointment for 3:30 today to talk about the very reason her mother has been in the emergency room. When she called today she was told Dr. Coker only refills prescriptions on telehealth. My suggestion will be to find another doctor. I’m sure Dr. Coker is we... read more

I have been with Dr. Samuel now for over a year. I am a 62-yr-old male with multiple co-morbidities. I also have over two decades experience within the medical community in 3 different states at both the facility & corporate levels, so I have seen & worked with hundreds of doctors over the years. Without exception, I would place Dr. Samuel at the top of the list for competency, intelligence, empathy, & genuine care for her patients. She has ZERO ego, and doesn't realize just how exceptional she is. Her patients are her #1 pr... read more

This Dr is very dismissive and does not listen to his patients. He needs to retire. I feel he's lost the patience and the willingness to listen to what his patients needs are. His nurses are great, all but that one at the front desk- she seems to have the same chip on her shoulder as Dr. Phipps.

I do not recommend this man for any medical issues. If you make a mistake in his eyes and even go to lengths to apologize, he will withhold medications and make you go through great lengths to get them. His response time on the patient portal is 3 to 4 days and some medications you are unable to refill early by law or at the pharmacy. So be prepared for withdraws. I needed medical care not to be judged. Don't waste your time, you will be disappointed. I give the VA a 5 out of 5 star review compared to my dealings here.
