I scheduled service for some leaks in my bathroom six days ago. My bathtub drips and you cannot take a shower. These were the major issues. I was on the phone when the technician called. Apparently they need you to answer the phone on the day of your appointment to verify that you are home. I understand that. I was on the phone with someone else. I called back within a minute. Unfortunately, this company is the only service provider in my area, according to my warranty company. I originally had them out in July for a toilet stoppage. Their technician, Michael, ran a snake down my toilet and said he found nothing. He checked my septic tank, which was full of gray water. I asked about pumping it, because my warranty covers one pumping per year. He told me that wasn't necessary because the problem was past my tank, in the lateral line, which my warranty company doesn't cover. He said they could insta... read more

Rude, arrogant, no consideration for consumers time. I didn't like them the 1st time I met them and requested someone else from my Home Warranty but the job had already been given to them. As I suspected not a good experience.

Avoid these folks like the plague. They will lie to you and blame your home warranty company. I even called and notified them they could come by anytime before the appt, that was a friday, the appt was for Monday 9/23 between 11 and 3, now mind you, i spoke with them on Friday 09/20. Well the appt window came and no calls no emails no smoke signals, no tech, nothing. So i call donnies to inquire as to the delay, i am told that "their window" is from 9 to 4 pm. 1 Star because this webpage makes me have at least 1 star. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AFTER 2 MONTHS OF WAITING FOR THIS REPAIR WE FIND HIM AT THE LOCAL HOME DEPOT BUYING A PART AND 5 MINUTES TO INSTALL.
