This company does not tend to the needs of their rental properties as they promise. We moved into a dirty rental that needed severe cleaning and outside grooming. We ended up doing it ourselves since we moved in on a weekend. We were told by them that they had hired professionals to do so. They obviously never followed up with checking the rental before it was realeased.
