I contacted them about 3-4 months ago and they where very kind and helpful I had to improve my credit befor I got the loan so he told me what I needed to get my score up to. Well about 2 weeks ago my credit was past where he wanted it to be so I called but no answer so I waited till later in the week called again and left a message some stuff had happend and we where needing to get pre approved for a amount so I could inform the guy if we where going to buy the hous also due to some other complications. Reason for a mortgage broker is to make things easier and things to run smoothly and that's the reason they are paid for this. Has been a horrible process. I am beyond frustrated with this company.
I have called them too many times for the last 3 months to cancel my PMI , how long will take them to updated after request million proves from me. Benchmark mortgage is a waste of time and money.
