Definitely not. It was quite clear to me that she had no idea what she was doing, and that's why I stopped the sessions after a very short time. BTW, she doesn't work with or bill your insurance, so you have to pay her cash.
honestly a terrible therapist. I saw her a few times in fall of 2019 and all she cared about was having me see her like 4 times a week when she knew that I could barely afford to drive to see her once a week. All she cares about is money & honestly should not be a licensed therapist.
