Can't recommend at all would give 0 stars if I could. They installed a water heater and it took them from October 2025 through till March 2026 to "finish" but they never reconnected the gas or tested their work and charged us over $6000 and we now have another contractor fixing there incompetent installation to hopefully get a functional hot water heater.
I am being harassed for a $150 charge despite the fact that no service was ever performed. I sent a formal notice of "no service" to the company, and I even have email records from the owner verifying that no services were rendered. Despite this written confirmation from their own management, the billing department continues to demand payment. My husband and I recently had an issue with the plumbing in our laundry room and contacted this company on Sunday, November 2nd. We spoke with Tristan, who informed us that since it was after hours, there would be a two-hour minimum charge of $500.00. He also mentioned he would have another technician assist him with snaking the line. We agreed to those terms. Donner Plumbing is a fantastic service! They've been out to our house for many different jobs. The entire team is incredibly nice, friendly, and patient (because I don't know jack about plumbing). A shout out to Quentin, who schedules the jobs, and has been super helpful in getting assistance for us as quickly as possible, and to Tristan, who was able to find and fix our problems within twenty four hours after I made the call. Call Donner if you have plumbing/heating issues.
