Donner Plumbing is a fantastic service! They've been out to our house for many different jobs. The entire team is incredibly nice, friendly, and patient (because I don't know jack about plumbing). A shout out to Quentin, who schedules the jobs, and has been super helpful in getting assistance for us as quickly as possible, and to Tristan, who was able to find and fix our problems within twenty four hours after I made the call. Call Donner if you have plumbing/heating issues.
On Sep. 22nd one of their white work trucks (single cab) with diamond plate sidetool boxes was cutting several vehicles off in traffic and driving very wreck less. What a huge liability for the company.
Okay job of the repairs, but terrible job on accounting. Chanced us twice. Came back withextra charges. The accounting is unprofessional and not very good.
BEWARE!!! Scam!!! Highly overpriced and if you dont go with them they send you a surprise $150 invoke for a ESTIMATE and claim they told you about it over the phone! Then they threaten you with COLLECTIONS which is a joke without a written agreement. smh
Not answering the phone, and not returning messages, seems to be the norm in NM for many industries, so kudos to Donner for picking up the phone, scheduling service, and showing up (on time to boot). Andre promptly diagnosed the problem, resolved it, cleaned up, and charged a fair price. He also showed us a couple of tips for keeping the sinks flowing.
