Not answering the phone, and not returning messages, seems to be the norm in NM for many industries, so kudos to Donner for picking up the phone, scheduling service, and showing up (on time to boot). Andre promptly diagnosed the problem, resolved it, cleaned up, and charged a fair price. He also showed us a couple of tips for keeping the sinks flowing. Andres arrived right at the scheduled time and did a fantastic job resolving our clogged pipe issue and also installed a new toilet. He was polite, professional and competent. The charge was much less than what I had anticipated. I'm recommending Donner to all my family and friends.

In response to the owner: You have my number and could call me. Adding your number on here is just for looks. I don't have time to spend teaching you the proper way to do business. If you really cared, you'd call and send the receipt, not add your number and place the burden on your customer (again). Personally, I wouldn't recommend them. Very unprofessional. Personally, I wouldn't recommend them. Very unprofessional. I guess they did do the job, but we never got a receipt, the guy was only there for about an hour and they charged us $600 to install a garbage disposal that goes for less than $70 on Amazon. We feel pretty taken by them, but in the big picture they did the job, just not professionally or any capacity that would make us want to use them again or refer them to anyone else.
