Service sucks! Last October I had to let the technicians in twice after the initial service visit for fixing the furnace, and this spring I found the old issues still there! I asked them come and they charged me as though this is an new issue. Plus they wrongly blamed the gas company for the "wrong" gas pressure. Never ask help from this company!!!
