I had an outstanding experience at Donnelly Ford, thanks largely to salesman Daniel. I'm not sure exactly how he reached out initially, but he offered to help if I was in the market for a new Ford. I put him off a couple of times since I wanted to support a local dealer closer to home, but when that didn't work out, I texted Daniel and got a response within 30 minutes. While traveling through Ontario I needed an oil change for my Ford vehicle. I arrived just before closing time and was informed I could get one first thing in the morning, first come first serve. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. The next morning and was out by 7:45. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and courteous and answered any question I had.
