We first met Mr. Spivey on his Radio Show. He helped us sell our first home and buy a new one. So, this is our second time working with him. Mr. Spivey sold our last home for more than we were expecting, which was the highest priced home in our community. That’s why he’s the MVR, Most Valuable Realtor.
