Friendly experience and great atmosphere!
I would just like to say that this is one of the most best 5 stars hair salons and barber shops I have ever been too! Who ever the owner Donnell is he did his thing! And my barber today was name Jarvis! He took his time and and walked me through my hair cut process. Thank you guys
Our experience was about a month or so ago but my husband was a walk in appt, there was only 1 barber the guy by the window didn’t get his name. We walked in around maybe 11:30ish and we ended up walking out at 12:30. There was no communication the same guy was sitting in the chair when we walked in and there was no progress to his hair, we sat on the couch trying to wait patiently. “Had me scheduled to pull up at 5 PM, and I showed up an hour early out of respect for the appointment. Instead of communicating properly, the barber by the right-side window took two clients ahead of me with zero explanation. If you’re running behind or changing the order, communicate it. Customers shouldn’t have to sit there guessing what’s going on. On top of that, the pace was extremely slow. Time matters. Told me to pull up at a certain time at 5pm. I made it 1 hr before then the barber buy the window right side puts two clients in front of me they need to work with communication. They move too slow as well.
