I would have given 5 stars BUT spoke with a man named "Ben". He was so rude! He belittled me, would not let me explain what happened and my payment history. I felt belittled and uncared for. That is sad because when I started I felt like I would be respected and cared for.
I am shocked that Donne Insurance only has one review... but not shocked that's it's a 5 star review. I've worked with Donne Insurance for 25 yrs. These guys are awesome. Seriously... awesome. They work hard for you. They consistently go above and beyond. They are proactive. They are responsive. I almost always talk to Ben, the owner, though everyone there is friendly and helpful.
