If I could give her zero stars, I would. I took my cousin to get fabric added to her homecoming dress. Donna did not have my cousin try the dress on after being asked multiple times if she needed her to. She was extremely rude and repeatedly said no. After adding the fabric, my cousin picked up the dress and it does not fit at all. We called Donna and told her it did not fit and once again she had another attitude telling us to "bring the dress back".
