Not sure how to star rate but I had an appt scheduled for about a good week in advance. I was 13 minutes away and called to inform I may be little late and the receptionist stayed the beautician was not in that day! What!!?? No call to inform me of the cancellation, how inconvenient. She continued to argue that all those appts had been called and notified; I never got call.
