I had a very disappointing experience with the service here. When I arrived with my husband, we were not greeted at all. Instead, the server immediately began assisting another couple who came in after us, which felt extremely disrespectful since we were clearly first in line. What made it worse was that she continued engaging with the customers behind us while we were still waiting to be acknowledged. It gave the impression that we were being intentionally overlooked.
