I am sorry to say, I don’t recommend hairdressers Frances or Donnal.I was treated badly because I asked politely not to use a razor on my neck.The haircut was very uneven. They appeared very angry and it was unpleasant.
I have been going to Donnal’s on and off for over 25 years. He is an excellent cutter and is good at judging what looks best on you. I love the accessibility to get in quickly as needed. I always get compliments when he cuts my hair.
