Out of touch with local real estate values! – My family has dealt with Donna Watson on 2 occasions, and both were disasters! First, my mother in law was refinancing her home. Everything was ready to go until the appraisal came in. It was too low to do the refinance, so the deal fell through. The agent was just as disappointed in the appraisal as we were.
