It should be illegal for realtors to represent both sides. But it isn't. That said they/she holds off getting outside realtors into her listings in desired locations where property sales in a day or 2. Because she knows all she needs is one client an she will get twice the commission. I was looking at a home minute it was posted. I had an offer. Reached out at like 715am. She stalled long enough to get her client in then contacted my realtor an said we have an offer an all offers gotta be in by 1030 tomorrow like 8 to 10hrs ... read more
