She is likely to hire homeless drug addicts, who have domestic disputes at all hours of the day, to remodel and put a band-aid on the dilapidated houses that she buys and re-sells. She provides cheap, poor quality remodels of homes and hopes to sell at a very inflated price. Upon observation of her work, many unethical practices and cutting corners are enacted to make a quick buck.
