I booked a massage with Donna 3 months ago since she had no availability when I was booking. I saw this as a sign that she was well loved by her clients and worth the wait. Pre covid I used to get massages once per month due to really tight and painful connective tissue. Needless to say I was looking forward to this day for quite a while. Updated: Initially I had scheduled an appointment for my girlfriend, but upon arriving, the therapist wasn't there. Upon hearing back, something had come up where she couldn't make it and had forgotten to let us know. She was extremely apologetic and made it up to my girlfriend and more. I read another post about something similar, so I might suggest texting/calling/emailing the day before/of to confirm.
