I was scheduled for an eye surgery by this surgeon. I.V. was Inserted and a series of eye drops were put into my affected eye. At some point, past surgery start time, the doctor informed me that they’ve yet to receive approval from the insurance company. After some waiting time, it was apparent I wasn’t going to get it done as planned. My appointment with Dr. Daufenbach in Kenosha was at 3pm. I arrived 15 to 20 minutes earlier because I was coming from Racine. I had no problem having to wait patiently. However, at 3:10pm I asked if the Dr. was running late and they said no. I was brought in around 3:15pm to sit in her office to wait patiently, which I did. Its now 3:45pm still sitting without any communication as to what is going on. I finally decided to walk out at 3:47pm. My appointment was at 3pm, not 3:15, not 3:30, nor 3:45.
