I have known Donna since around 2008 as a leader in the PTA and have kept in touch with her over the years. I asked her for advice years ago about whether I should renovate my kitchen and bathrooms or sell in a few years as is. She recommended that I renovate. Boy was that great advice. A good realtor is quite a gem – and Donna is diamond! With her advice on what to fix up before putting our nearly 50-year-old home on the market, we were set. Then she marketed it just right, personally staffed the open house to answer every question and sell the attributes, and we received 11 offers in 4 days!
