Attorney Lattarulo handled the sale of my house in June 2018 in Stamford, CT. She was so thorough and helpful in reading through the documents and explaining everything. She helped me with decisions and actually saved me money in negotiating settlement and repairs. She provided great response and and communication no matter how many silly questions I had. I had an excellent outcome when I used Attorney Lattarulo to evict a tenant for non-payment. She was professional and experienced as she was able to resolve the issue in a about 60 days. I wish I had contacted her sooner as the initial attorney wasted over 6 months trying to navigate the system! I would recommend Atty. Lattarulo without reservation!

I don’t know about anybody else but when the thought of needing an attorney comes about I’m not a happy camper but when I used the Lattarulo LawFirm I found it to be an easy less stressful environment and all my legal needs were met. This included buying a house refinancing my house and more importantly having to have to do a will and a living will. Would recommend Donna Lattarulo anytime
