I have known Donna Kobrin for 17 years. I used to allow her to make presentations at my fitness facility and paid my staff to have her make her talks to build her business beause we closed at 7: 30 pm. She would keep my staff there until 9 pm or longer. I've been sick for several months and cannot get in to see her or Andy Mott who I also know. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible

Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? Yes
